Glasgow City Council is recruiting a lead designer to draw up four high-profile regeneration masterplans. The winning consultant – supported by a multi-disciplinary team – will develop transformative frameworks for the city’s Blythswood Hill, Broomielaw (pictured), Central and St Enoch districts. Birmingham City Council is seeking a multi-disciplinary design team for an estimated £1 million overhaul of the public realm surrounding Snow Hill Station. The winning team will review the district’s emerging £600 million regeneration masterplan, develop a detailed public realm scheme and support the project’s delivery. [Deadline for applications 7 December]

East Ayrshire Council is on the hunt for an architect-led multidisciplinary design team for a new £63.5 million learning and enterprise campus in Broomfield, Cumnock. Planned to complete in 2019, the facility will host up to 2,000 pupils on a site close to the Prince’s Foundation’s Knockroon housing development. [Deadline for requests to participate 30 November]
