Clanmil Housing is on the lookout for an architect to deliver 51 social housing units in Bangor, County Down. The winner of the £247,500 contract will draw up plans for a 0.9 hectare site on the junction of Faulkner Road and Clandeboye Road. [Deadline for requests to participate 2 November]

The Office of the Hungarian Parliament has launched an international design competition to re-clad a prominent office building in central Budapest.
