Northamptonshire County Council is seeking a design team to provide architectural, engineering, landscape and planning services covering RIBA stage C to L for a £40 million office building for 2,000 council staff. The successful tenderer must provide a BREEAM assessor and will be novated to contractor [Tenders to be submitted before 8 March]

Miami-based DawnTown has launched an international ideas contest for a new landmark. Open to students and professionals, the contest seeks proposals for ‘an iconic, architectural monument that will become an instant identifier for Miami.’ Free to enter, the competition has a £3,100 prize fund [Registration closes 16 April]
