A museum of art for New Taipei, Camden residential infill projects and regenerating Threshfield Quarry in Yorkshire. The editor’s pick of this week’s top competitions

New Taipei City Government is on the hunt for an architect to design a 25,000m² museum of art. International firms are invited to partner with Taiwanese practices for the 2.5 hectare job which has been announced three years after Peter Boronski and Jean-Loup Baldacci won an ideas contest for the museum [Deadline for applications 14 January]

Camden Council is seeking architects for seven residential infill projects on sites across the north London borough. The £36 million project – tendered as six separate contracts – will create 122 new homes within ‘highly sustainable, maintenance efficient and well designed’ buildings [Deadline for requests to participate 5 December]

The Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is on the lookout for a masterplanner to overhaul Threshfield Quarry in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The winning team will transform the disused facility into a nature reserve with a visitor centre and business units for local craftsmen and artists [Deadline for tenders 12 December]
