The Houses of Parliament is recruiting client advisors for its multi-billion pound restoration. The ‘mother of all parliaments’ is seeking an architect-led design team and a project and cost manager in separate lots to advise on the gargantuan 100,000m² project. Milford Haven Port Authority in Pembrokeshire is seeking an architect for its £70 million Milford Dock regeneration project. The winning team will draw up an ‘economically realistic and deliverable’ design brief for the 44,600m² mixed-use masterplan which won outline planning permission earlier this year. Canterbury Christ Church University is on the hunt for an architect to deliver the first phase of its regeneration masterplan.
