The contemporary art seller acquired a 15-year lease for the building from landlord Grosvenor last week.
Grosvenor has retained Tate Hindle to redevelop the building which is currently used by Savills while Caruso St John has been retained by the gallery itself. Jackson Coles is project manager and quantity surveyor for Gagosian.
A spokesperson for the landowner said: ‘Gagosian has acquired the lease for 20 Grosvenor Hill on a 15-year lease and the building will be developed by Grosvenor on behalf of Gagosian.’
