Call for exemplar non-domestic retrofits

Penoyre & Prasad seek UK and international case studies for upcoming book

Penoyre & Prasad are on the lookout for case studies to include in an upcoming book on non-domestic retrofit. Because as much as 50% of architects’ work is in refurbishment, it is a vital area in which to capture best practice and raise ambition.

Building from all regions of the world, including cultural buildings as well as offices, health and education buildings and community and leisure buildings, are suitable. Ideally projects should have performance data, but this is not essential. Data might include energy, water and waste pre and post retrofit or any other info on design targets and post occupancy analysis.

If you have a project to submit for consideration, contact Phyllida Mills, p.mills@penoyreprasad.com.
