NEWS

Demolition work has begun to pave the way for a £15 million office development in London, designed by Burland TM. The sixstorey building, near Spitalfields Market and Liverpool Street Station, will retain its Victorian facade on Crispin Street, while a new facade will be constructed on Gun Street. The interior will contain a courtyard garden with retractable glass roof. The garden is to be wired with modem and networking facilities. Construction work is due to commence later this year, with completion scheduled for spring 2003.
