[AJ100 AWARDS] Stanton Williams has been named the Fastest Growing Practice in this year’s AJ100

The award goes to the practice that has increased both its fee earnings and total number of architects by the greatest amount.

In this hard-fought category, some practices performed remarkably well on fee earnings while others enjoyed a surge in architects – but only one managed to significantly increase both.

Stanton Williams emerges as the worthy winner with a 53 per cent surge in fee earnings – up from £4.1million to £6.2million – and an increase in its number of architects by 50 per cent, from 26 to 39.

According to its own staff, the quality of the firm’s work matches its impressive expansion, with 100 per cent of respondents in our survey of employees stating they are ‘very proud’ of the work produced by the company.

Critically acclaimed projects by Stanton Williams include the Britten-Pears Archive in Aldeburgh and the ‘Masterpieces of Chinese Painting’ exhibition space at the Victoria and Albert Museum.
