Bristol redevelopment plan to go before local authority

  • Comment

Plans for the redevelopment of a 20ha site near Bristol city centre are to be put before the local council by the end of April.

Designed by URBED, in association with Jon Rowland Urban Design and Arup, the Temple Quay North site is set to include 500 homes as well as offices, shops and waterfront cafes. The consortium is also planning three new residential towers to echo the chimneys of a former glassworks.

The plans will be on public view from 28-30 March in the Temple Quay Marketing Suite, Avon Street, Bristol.
