Benson & Forsyth has won a competition to design high-density mixed-tenure housing at Grand Canal Harbour in Dublin. The practice beat 'extremely high-quality competition', including runner-up O'Mahony Pike of Dublin, and will design 230 'uplifting contemporary and flexible' apartments, within 'an urban form emerging from the indigenous local architecture', along with a creche and two retail units.
