Architecture is our bread and butter

Astragal seems only too happy to remind those of us in the provinces of his metropolitan lifestyle. Hardly a column passes without mention of a restaurant or bar. Now your columnist Will Alsop is intent on doing the same. We hear all about his picnics - 'two bottles of Cloudy Bay, a portion of Bath chaps' - and learn that we should lunch, not dine, at the Reform Club.

Some of us are interested in architecture.
