Architects handed amnesty on unlicensed software

  • Comment

Architects have been given 30 days to own up to using unlicensed software or face £1000 fines in a fresh crackdown on the practice. A month-long amnesty will start on 6 March when an alliance of top software companies (BSA) has promised to halt litigation against illegal software users. But after that software houses have promised they will pursue illegal users with new campaigns.

Practices afraid they are using unlicensed softwares can visit BSA's website at www.bsatruce.com.
