The Architects Registration Board (ARB) has won its case against Idwal Stedman of Pontcanna, Cardiff, for misuse of the title 'architect'. Stedman pleaded guilty to breaching the Architects Act 1997.

The case was brought before Cardiff magistrates court where Stedman pleaded guilty to two counts of breach of Section 20 of the Architects Act 1997. Stedman was previously registered with the ARB, but was removed from the Register in 1995 for non-payment of the retention fee. He was given a conditional dis-
