Allies and Morrison reveals new east London tower plans

Allies and Morrison has submitted plans for a new high-rise development on the southern part of Leamouth Peninsula, east London

Backed by developer Ballymore, the development three towers at 101m, 78m and 56m in height. The Thames-side scheme includes 834 flats, a 227m² school extension and 1,590m of retail and commercial space on the ground floor. 

The new development will link East India Dock Basin to the rest of the Leamouth Peninsula site and includes plans to rejuvenate the Thames riverside part of the peninsula.
