Stanton Williams had the honour of seeing its Cambridge laboratory voted as the best-ever Stirling Prize-winning building by AJ readers last year. But its sparkling design reputation does not mean the Islington-based firm has been neglecting its business activities. ‘Steady growth’ has seen last year’s AJ100 Fastest Growing Practice move up the rankings again, to 32 from 48.
