  • Comment

85 employed architects, 36% female architects, =48th position in 2014

Nominated for both AJ120 Sustainable Practice and Fastest Growing Practice, PLP has leapt up the rankings in this year, moving from 48th to 16th place. The international practice, which operates in sectors including office, retail, transportation, education, hotels and residential, now employs 85 architects in the UK and founding partner David Leventhal says the firm – which has moved into new studio space on a single floor – is enjoying the perks of being a big player once again. ‘We are still growing, and we know that the biggest challenge is always to find more talented, young architects to join our team,’ he adds. Key projects for PLP in this country include a replacement for the Pinnacle tower in the City of London and the mixed-use Nova scheme in Victoria.
