  • Comment

22 employed architects, 23% female architects, =86th position in 2014

The main areas of activity for the 55-strong practice – shortlisted this year for Employer of the Year – are residential, retail, commercial offices, hotels and leisure, while its major business achievement in 2014 was the completion of 3 Merchant Square, Paddington. But founder and managing partner Robin Partington identifies opportunities in the further diversification of the practice’s client base ‘and also the opportunity to enter new sectors, including large-scale masterplanning, culture, healthcare, education, infrastructure and industrial.’ Key clients include Land Securities and European Land and Property. Partington sees the biggest challenge as ‘successful project management: managing the contractor, supply chain, programme, fees and the sharing of information.’
