Added curve appeal

  • Comment

When WWP Architects wanted a curved, multi-level roof for the new Greenstead Community Centre, it chose Alwitra's high-performance, water-tight Evalastic membrane. Chlorine and halogen-free, the system was supplied in light grey and laid over a protective layer of 3b felt, insulation, a vapour-control barrier and the structure's metal deck. The ú41,000 roofing contract was carried out by Briggs Roofing, working on behalf of main contractor R G Carter.
