Glasgow School of Art is holding an exhibition on the work of one of its former students who later became deputy director of the school - the designer and teacher Robert Stewart. A contemporary of Lucienne Day, he was, like her, particularly known for his textile designs, though the image above shows a detail from his Douglas Academy mural.The exhibition runs from 25 July until 1 November at 167 Renfrew Street, Glasgow.Details 0141 353 4500.
