' Science Hub' in Singapore

Zaha Hadid Architects has beaten 20 other practices to win an international competition to masterplan a new ' Science Hub' in Singapore. The developer hopes the 194ha site, formerly a British military base, will attract new economy IT and knowledgebased companies to set up in the city state. The masterplan is to include workspaces, residential, leisure and learning developments. A budget has not yet been fixed.
