I understood that one of the conditions of entry for the 'Under £150k Small Projects' Competition was that schemes submitted 'must not have been published previously'.
I was therefore surprised to see in the 'Under £150k' selected projects the inclusion of the remodelling of a duplex flat in the Barbican, London, by Stickland Coombe Architecture.
This scheme was the cover feature of the riba Interiors Journal September 1998 issue. Surely this is a breach of your entry criteria.
