The University of Worcester is on the lookout for a design team for a new five hectare student accommodation complex
The winning team will masterplan the residential development – set to feature additional social, recreational and support facilities for the university – and provide architecture, landscaping and infrastructure design services for the scheme.
The successful bidder may later be appointed lead designer for the project’s delivery.
Set up in 1946 on a former RAF base, the university now hosts 10,095 and 700 staff across three campuses. Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios completed a competition winning £40 million library and history centre - known as The Hive (pictured) - for the university in 2012.
The deadline for requests to participate is 4pm on 14 December.
