Developer London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) is looking for a new architect to take forward the redevelopment of Walthamstow Greyhound Stadium
The trust had previously been working with TP Bennett on a controversial £100 million, 490-home scheme for the East London dog track with its famous 1932 art deco entrance.
However the practice failed to win planning permission ‘in time’ and L&Q has decided to start again, this time on a residential-led project worth between £35 million to £45 million.
