University of Bedfordshire announces £60 million framework

[Requests to participate must be received by 2 December 2011] The University of Bedfordshire is on the hunt for design professionals to take part in a five year framework agreement

A single provider is sought for building services across the university’s campuses with architectural, interior design, structural engineering and quantity surveyor services required.

New build schemes, engineering works and planned maintenance projects valued up to £5 million will be covered.

Works are due to begin on 13 February 2012 and will be mainly focused on the university’s Luton campus.

The contract’s total budget is approximately £60 million.
