Newcastle University is tendering for design services for the renovation of the Grade II-listed Armstrong Building
The three year project is expected to cover the ‘vast majority’ of the Grade II-listed structure, including offices, teaching spaces, administration areas, a new building frontage and an inner courtyard.
The university is looking to appoint architectural design and consultancy services for the project which is expected to start on site in February 2014.
The project is expected to complete in 2017.
Documents must be requested by 18 December through the University’s tenders page.
