Masterplanner sought for Blyth's Commissioners Quay

[Requests to participate to be received by 27 September] Arch Corporate Holdings is seeking a multi-disciplinary team to masterplan a mixed-use scheme in Northumberland

Masterplanning services and full design services are required to transform a 2.1 hectare brownfield waterfront plot into a ‘high quality mixed use scheme’.

The ‘Commissioners Quay’ site in Blyth Harbour is expected to feature three phases with office development followed by residential works.

Design teams are expected to include masterplanning and architects services, civil and structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, landscape services and construction design and management coordination.
