London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) is on the hunt for architects for its new £40 million framework
Planned to run for four years and start this August, the framework will cover new build, refurbishment, conversion, mixed-use, mixed-tenure and master planning projects in both rural and urban across London and the South East.
Founded in 1963, L&Q is the largest landlord in Greater London and currently owns or manages around 70,000 units in the region.
In a 2012 interview with The AJ Jerome Geoghegan, group director of development and sales said: ‘We house a family in London every 15 minutes of each working day.’
Current projects include a 292-unit regeneration of Walthamstow Greyhound Stadium (pictured) – designed by Conran& Partners and HTA Architects – which is a planned to complete in summer 2016.
Applicants must be able to cover all RIBA stages from 0 through to 7.
The deadline for requests to participate is 12noon on 29 May.
