[Interest must be received by 20 September] The London Borough of Waltham Forest Council is on the hunt for a multi-disciplinary practice to deliver a new public workshop

The Blackhorse Workshops scheme will provide DIY space for local people alongside artists’ studio space.

Teams made up of designers, architects and project managers with experience in community schemes are welcomed.

An estimated contract value of £109,000 has been announced for the 18 month contract which is due to begin October this year.
