  • Comment

Camden Council is seeking architects for seven residential infill projects on sites across the north London borough

The £36 million project – tendered as six separate lead consultant and architect contracts – will create 122 new homes within ‘highly sustainable, maintenance efficient and well designed’ buildings.

The winning teams will first develop the scheme up to RIBA stage 4 for a planning application.

They will then prepare comprehensive tender information packs for building contractors and manage the development through to RIBA stage 7.

Sites include Raglan Street, Hadley Street, Chalton Street, Crowndale Road and Laystall Court. The total fee value for the entire project is £4.3 million.

The deadline for requests to participate is 5 December.
