Holywells Park Restoration, Ipswich

  • Comment

[Requests to participate must be received by 5 September] Architect led consultancy services are required by Ipswich Borough Council for this £2.6 million restoration project in and around Holywells Park

Containing six Grade II listed structures and various gardens, this project calls for a single multi-disciplinary consultant to provide services including architect and landscape architect to restore the parks structures and grounds originally opened in 1936.

Currently sought to provide plans and proposals for the works, further funding applications if successful will lead to the project implementation. The contract is due to begin 13 February and conclude in 31 March with the time line subject to change.
