[Requests to participate must be received by 3 November 2011] High Speed Two Limited is seeking architectural services to support a parliamentary bill for a proposed new rail link between London and the West Midlands
The framework agreement will develop the design of the HS2 project through a full range of design and cost estimating services, necessary for the purpose of parliamentary procedures.
A set of good value, environmentally acceptable preliminary designs are required under the six year contract, along with design and cost estimating services for structures along the proposed route.
The route is likely to be split into packets for design purposes beginning with Euston Station then moving north through to the Birmingham stations. Each packet’s exact list of works are available to entrants through the HS2 website.
