The University of Gloucestershire are calling for architectural services to deliver a new build teaching facility in Cheltenham.
The 3,500m² scheme will replace the exisitng Owen Building on the university’s Park Campus, which sits inside the town’s central conservation area.
The scheme is part of a wider plan to grow international student numbers and to create residential blocks for around 450 extra undergraduates.
Fee proposals for the so-called INTO building must be returned by 24 June. The scheme is set for occupation by September 2016.
An outline planning application has already been submitted for the INTO building as part of a campus wide masterplan.
Proposal information is available through a dedicated tender page
