Floornature opens contest for students and emerging architects

[All submissions to be received by 30 June] Floornature has launched a second international contest for students, emerging young architects and architectural photographers

Now in its second year, this contest launched by Italian think tank, Floornature, has three categories.

The first work category awards first completed built projects, whilst the research category recognises unbuilt work. Both of these categories are open to students who graduated after 1 January 2000.

The final category is an award for architectural photography open to all designers, architectural photographers and students enrolled in an architecture, design or engineering degree.

Prizes up for grabs include trips to Helsinki Design Week, an internship with a practice in Mexico City, and inclusion in an exhibition of the entries.
