Manchester City Council is seeking an architect for its project to build a new cultural centre scheduled to open in May 2012
Bringing the Library Theatre Company and Cornerhouse organisations under one roof, the project will feature a 500-seat performance space, a studio, classrooms and a major gallery for contemporary art.
The 5,000m² scheme is planned for a sloped incline site on the northern most edge of the city’s Cultural Quarter masterplan.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 1 March.
