Beaumont Hospital north of Dublin is on the hunt for a design team for refurbishment and extension works

An architect is sought to redevelop the St Damien’s Ward and extend the hospital’s histocompatibility and immunogenetics laboratory.

The contract has an anticipated £232,600 value and structural engineers, quantity surveyors and service engineers are called for in separate lots.

The hospital originally opened in 1987 and the most recent upgrade works concluded last year.

Requests to participate should be returned by 22 July
