Design team wanted for £25m leisure centre

  • Comment

Ards Borough Council is on the hunt for an architect-led team to design a leisure facility in Newtownards, Northern Ireland

Outline planning has already been secured for the £25 million new-build which will replace the existing Ards leisure centre.

The 8,000m² centre also includes outdoor pitches and a skate park.

Hopeful teams should include civil and structural engineers. Quantity surveyors and CDM services will be procured separately.

A PQQ will be required for each submission due by 2 December 2013. Communication should be made through the appointed contest organisers at Quigg Golden.
