This week’s top competitions from Queen Mary, University of London, Derby College and the Commission for the Promotion of Peru Export and Tourism

Queen Mary, University of London is on the hunt for a team of architects to design a graduate centre for its Mile End campus. With an expected budget of £25 million, the 4,000m2 scheme will include 123 flats, a winter garden and a CHP plant to serve the campus. [Expressions of interest should be received by 5 April]

Architects are sought by Derby College to develop its Ilkeston campus (pictured). The college wants a team to progress current plans from planning to completion. Due to house more than 1,000 students and staff, the relocation of the campus is hoped to be complete by September 2013. [Requests to participate must be received by 5 April]

The Commission for the Promotion of Peru Export and Tourism has launched a contest to design the Peruvian stand at the World Travel Market, which runs 7-10 November at the ExCeL centre, London. Open to internationally registered architects, schemes that can be easily adjusted for different global conferences are required. A £12,500 construction budget has been released. [Registration must be completed by 16 April]
