This is an ambitious, evolving plan to comprehensively regenerate a five kilometer corridor between Bradford City Centre and Shipley Town Centre to create a series of sustainable neighbourhoods with high quality mixed use projects being delivered alongside strategic infrastructure improvements, including the possible reinstatement of the Bradford Canal.

The Masterplan will anticipate the requirements of the AAP, and it its final stages will be progressed alongside the Issues and Options and Preferred Options stages of the formal AAP.
