[Submissions to be received by 26 September] Sydney’s Barangaroo Delivery Authority is calling for practices to masterplan the city’s former container port

The project seeks an ‘appropriately skilled and experienced team’ for Barangaroo’s 5.2 hectare central precinct.

Barangaroo Delivery Authority development director David McCracken said: ‘[The central precincy] is an integral part of Barangaroo, planned to be a stimulating new place with commercial and cultural development, creating spaces for living work and leisure

‘We are looking for a world class team, with the skills and experience to collaborate with the Authority to provide master planning services that achieve the vision and objectives for Barangaroo Central.’

Masterplanning activity is due to start early next year.
