Northern Ireland’s Western Education and Library Board are on the hunt for architect-led teams to design two new-build schools
The schools have a combined budget of £19.6 million.
The schools will cater to children with special educational needs and ‘profound’ medical needs between the ages of three and nineteen in the Derry city area with enrolment forecast for September 2018.
Full design and management services are wanted for each of the projects.
Teams are asked to submit PQQs by 9 December by registering through the regional tender page. Invitations to tender will be dispatched 24 January.
