Regeneration outfit Meanwhile Space is seeking an architect to overhaul two railway arches in Loughborough Junction, south London

The £18,000 project will transform the disused premises into a facility where the local community can test new business ideas.

The winning team will create the detailed design for a series of flexible pod-like structures which can be used by up to ten people for meetings, socialising and marketing goods.

The commission is thought to be suitable for individuals and small practices. The design fee is £3,000 and a winner will be announced in late August.

The deadline for applications is 11 August.
