Harrow Council in London is on the hunt for an architect for the £8.5 million regeneration of its Grange Farm estate
Planned to start on site in 2016, the project will replace 260 aging flats and bungalows with 500 mixed-tenure homes.
The winning team will work with the council, local residents and stakeholders to develop a planning application for the redevelopment.
The South Harrow estate was designed by Harrow Architects’ Department and constructed using a building system known as Resiform in 1968.
PRP has already completed a feasibility study for the project.
The deadline for expressions of interest is 6pm on 17 February.
