Thenue Housing Association is seeking an architect for 62 new homes across two sites in Castlemilk and Bridgeton, Glasgow
The £8 million project will create new housing on two derelict sites at Holmbyre in Castlemilk and Rumford Street in Bridgeton.
Planned to start on site in 2016, the £3.3 million Castlemilk project will create 22 houses and flats alongside a community centre.
The £4.6 million Bridgeton scheme will meanwhile deliver 40 new homes across two plots.
The winning team will develop both schemes from RIBA stage C onwards.
A civil and structural engineer, quantity surveyor and CDM coordinator will be appointed separately.
The deadline for requests to participate is 26 January.
