Torbay Council is on the hunt for architects to design multi-storey extensions to three of its primary schools. Two of the schools are within Torquay. One of these requires a single-storey four classroom block extension and the other needs a two-storey single classroom block with group areas. The final school in nearby Paignton requires a 240m² hall, school kitchen and a three classroom block with plant rooms. Request to participate must be received by 3 February 2012.

The competition organisers are looking for designs which meet contemporary church needs but also complement the buildings’ historic interiors. Submissions must be received by 30 March 2012.
