West London-based Emergent Design Studios has completed this conversion and extension of a Victorian house in Fulham

Named the Lightwell House, the £850,000 extension and conversion has transformed a Victorian Lion House within a long terrace in Fulham.

The building was extended to the side and into a large basement with lightwells added to flood the new spaces with natural light.

The basement space is connected to the rest of the house through lightwells, glass floors and cantilevered staircases.
