Plus and minus

My latest Dome informant, for what it is worth, was impressed on his first visit, and plans a return to the Jennie 'Front' Page experience. His only big criticism is that New Millennium Experience Company's attempts to clean the Dome's skin with a giant Hoover have failed and it looks dreadfully grimy. Meanwhile, guess who owns the very first sketch of the dome by Rogers' Mike Davies, from May 1996? Imagination's Gary Withers. It's in red pen and was done on a restaurant napkin. This seems only just, since Gary's firm won the original ideas competition for the project.
