Tom Dixon's watery end

Tom Dixon took a few minutes out from his busy Milan schedule to give Astragal an update on his Ladbroke Grove den; a concrete water tower in west London he bought with the intention of making it habitable

Speaking from the stand in Milan where his team were hand making bargain price lamps for immediate sale, Dixon said plans are going full steam ahead and the prefabricated kit he will use to extend the tower upwards will arrive from Germany in two weeks. With a bit of luck, Dixon said, he’ll be in his canalside haven by August.
