Plymouth has been whipping itself into a veritable frenzy over its 'new Sears Tower'. The city's local rag, the Plymouth Evening Herald, ran a full front page image of the 24-storey building on Wednesday, accompanied by the banner headline 'SKYSCRAPER'.
