Distinctive feature: Studio-based course engaged in current debates about the role of professionals in the creation of sustainable cities. Course has established links with national, regional and local agencies such as CABE, SEEDA, PUSH, tEC (Southampton) and SCA+D.
Director comment: We train urban designers to deal with the changing nature of the urban environment and stand up for sustainable design. They are also encouraged to promote cultural diversity, social equity and the economic development of cities.
Entry requirements:
- A good honours degree in architecture, interior design or related subject, or
- Equivalent professional experience and/or qualifications
- Portfolio of professional work should be submitted with each application
